I doubt you have too many individuals buying those luxury boxes.  They will be snapped up by large corporations for schmoozing.  Most people in those boxes don't even watch the game.

I have to chuckle, I have family members that were in different branches and after a few drinks they like to talk about the "glory days" and why one branch is better than the others.  Of course it does get a little heated when there has been too much consumption.
