Bachelor Party Ideas
« on: August 03, 2009, 04:58:40 PM »
A friend of mine just got engaged this past weekend.  I know, what a dumbass!  Anywho, Thrilla and I have been tasked with semi-organizing the bachelor party.  The groom-to-be's only request is that there are casinos.  I'm not too keen on going to Vegas, mainly because I've already been twice this year.

Any ideas/recommendations on where to go will be greatly appreciated.

Not Vegas because you've been twice this year?  Selfish motherfucker, suck it up.  It's about your boy and if he wants casinos, then take him to the Shangri-fucking-La of casino lands.

If you're still a fuckstick of a bachelor party planner and insist on avoiding Vegas, I will tell you this: Do not go to Biloxi or Philadelphia, Mississippi.  There is nothing in those towns except the casinos.  No other bachelor party options.

If you're insisting on staying out of Vegas, do New Orleans.  There's a Harrah's there and all the bachelor party debauchery you could want.

How about Tahoe.  Casinos and depending on the time of year, either lots of snow bunnies or great golf

I've already been to New Orleans on a bachelor party this year too.  I'm not completely out on Vegas, but that's also where we all went on my bachelor party.  He didn't seem to be too keen on going back.

We went to Biloxi for Thrilla's bachelor party.  I don't think that will be on the list of potential destinations this go-round.

Well, you're running out of casino destinations in our slice of the country.  How mobile are you?  Is the Tahoe option feasible?

You could go Jersey Guido style and hit AC.
What about a cruise?  Casino on the boat and a captive audience of drunk girls.
Atlantis?

Fuck man, give us some guidelines or I'm recommending that you go to Monte Carlo and I'll call you a douchebag for cheaping out on your boy if you don't go.

Tahoe may be doable.  We can fly Southwest out of Birmingham for around $230 roundtrip, and stay at Harvey's Resort & Casino for around $125/person.

Not a single tit was fondled.  I just won lots of money.
Trouble with this bachelor is that he's non-committal.  We need to present him with options.  Ogre priced Atlantic City and Nassau as well.  Those came in on the high-end of what we want to do.

We considered cruises, as there are casinos on board, but the lack of, errr, entertainment will be sorely missed.

Tahoe would have cold weather that time of year...right?

Priorities: casinos, whores women, other options if you run out of money (golf, shows, etc.), decent weather for February timeframe.  Damn, I just typed out reasons to go to Vegas.

Yeah, the more I think about it, the better Vegas is looking.  Plus, you will be into 2010, so your 'one-trip to Vegas per year' quota will be renewed by then.

Say...what about Victoryland just outside scenic Shorter, Alabama off I-85?  Just think of the money you'll save on airline tix, rooms etc.  You can make the short drive back to the bright lights of Montgomery and check in at a Budgetel.

Gambling, greyhound racing...Montgomery.  Holy crap, why didn't you guys come up with this sooner?

Because of this guy:

Name, Location: Johnny N., Margaret, AL
Winnings:  $275,838

Special Talents:  Known to anally rape bachelors who come through to party for the night.  Also enjoys long walks on the beach and a crisp chardonnay.

Did they ever get the double P re-opened in Memphis?  Best Flop I've ever seen, not far from Tunica, and there's also Beale St, several good golf courses, great BBQ, and if they're playing by then, the redbirds have a pretty nice stadium there.
Wasn't a bachelor party, but me and some friends met Sani there a few years ago and a good time was had by all.  I take that back, the Weasel Chris turned off his cell phone going into the double P and forgot to turn it back on when we left.  I don't think the wife's let him leave the house with his balls since.
Might also be when Sani hooked up with the Michelin girl, but maybe I'm confusing that with a different trip to Memphis.  It's a fun town.

Brad...Thrilla... Go to Nassau.  It is cheap, it is fun, and there are casinos.  I went there in March and had a blast.  Won a little money too.

Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall said, "Guys don't mind hitting Michael Vick in the open field, but when you see Cam, you have to think about how you're going to tackle him. He's like a big tight end coming at you."

I'd go with the Tunica/Memphis idea myself, but that's because I don't have any real money to spend.

You've got at least four (that I know of) casinos to choose from, and Memphis kicks ass if you know where to go.

Listen to this man.  PP is not open yet to my knowledge.  One of the saddest things I have ever seen on tv.  Those poor working girls carrying their gogo boots out of the club the night it was shut down....but I digress.

Poor weasel. His wife already owned his ass before he went on the trip.  They were going to close on a house the first of the next week and she was freaking out when the closing costs were more than originally quoted.  I think when the weasel turned his phone on the following afternoon he had in the neighborhood of 30 messages.  Pretty funny shit if it isn't you.

Ah.  Miss Michelin.  Good times!

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.
