LB Battle dismissed after DUI arrest

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- Arkansas linebacker Khiry Battle has been dismissed from the team after a weekend arrest on a charge of driving under the influence.

Coach Bobby Petrino announced Battle's dismissal Monday, saying only that he'd violated team rules.

The 20-year-old Battle was arrested early Sunday on a charge of misdemeanor DUI. Police say Battle failed a field sobriety test and refused to take a breath alcohol test, leading to a charge of violating the state's implied consent law.

On May 6, Battle was arrested after an incident in which a background check revealed he had an arrest warrant for failure to appear for a careless driving ticket.

Battle played in 10 games last season as a freshman and made five tackles.

Nope, for some reason, you are really having a hard time comprehending what I post....must be that bammer in ya.  When someone says for you to "go find" another rumor on another board, they're not saying that you're the one starting them.  It seems that the person (son of one of the admin. on bammerag) that started the rumor on Mario being kicked off, is now being called out by is own brethern.  That's why I wait to post rumors until something comes out a little more concrete, than just one poster or in some cases I'll go back and edit my original post then I'll explain why I did it.

It would help, if you'd fuckin' read whatever I or whomever posted.  I figured that after the first time I posted about your lack of reading comprehension, that you'd actually read what the fuck was posted.  Instead, you take it, twist it, then spit it back out for me to have to reply back to you explaining whatever the fuck I was talking about.  That's why I question your reading comprehension, as well as, rws'.
