Apologies if this story is posted elsewhere; just caught my eye.  I don't care what anybody says I always liked her...

Charlie's Angels actress Farrah Fawcett dies of cancer with her family at her bedside

Farrah Fawcett lost her long battle with cancer today.

The 62-year-old American actress passed away with family and friends by her side, her spokesman confirmed.

The devout Catholic had been read her last rites this morning.

Her fiancé Ryan O'Neal was among those with her at the end.

'She's gone. She now belongs to the ages,' he told the U.S. magazine People.

'She's now with her mother and sister and her God. I loved her with all my heart. I will miss her so very, very much.

'She was in and out of consciousness. I talked to her all through the night. I told her how very much I loved her. She's in a better place now.'

He added: 'She was with her team when she passed... Her eyes were open, but she didn't say anything. But you could see in her eyes that she recognized us.'

Fawcett's son Redmond O'Neal, 24, who is currently in jail on a drug rehab programme, was not able to be present.

O'Neal said they planned to honour Charlies' Angels star Fawcett with a funeral service at the Catholic cathedral in Los Angeles within the next few days.

Okay, first it was Ed McMahon, now Farrah.  Who is next?

Wow.  That's painful.

Used to stare up at that poster and dream of those nipples.  And now she's gone.  The nipples, too.

I hated Lee Majors.

Now that she's gone between her story and Sanfordgate we'll never hear anything else in the MSM about Iran, Cap and Trade, Nationalized Healthcare, the Economy, or North Korea nukes.

Sorry...had to go all SGA there...

If they pinched his nose to do CPR, the damn thing probably collapsed in their hand.  It was made out of paper mache.

Pretty eerie that the rule of three held through so solidly.

And this was a pretty huge three.

Seems like it happened in order of their status as an icon, with Michael Jackson being #1.

Farrah was probably the first chick that I pleasured myself with.  What a bad day this is.

Wadded up and crusty bits of toilet tissue in sewers throughout the country are mourning her loss today.
