Hotel is nice.  Don't be alone walking centennial  area after the sun goes down though.  Not really bad but just a good precaution.  Could be much worse if you were staying close to Turner field.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Thanks, I remembered how bad the area was around the Ted, but I thought it wasn't so bad around the Centennial Park area...oh well.  We will just be driving there to sleep after the game at Turner anyway.

Thanks for the info.

Marta gets a bad rap.  I use it as much as possible when I'm in ATL.

You can keep a wooden stake in your trunk
On the off-chance that the fairy tales ain't bunk
And Imma keep a bottle of that funk
To get motel parking lot, balcony crunk.

Marta is EASY for sporting events and you can drink enough to make Taylor pretty and not worry about driving.

I can drink a lot.

Excessive drinking is a skill that I've mastered.

I cannot, however, drink Taylor pretty.  I've tried.

Take the MARTA and eat and save the $10 for a cold beer at the game.

Keep your kids outta the fountains at Centennial Olympic Park, unless you want them sharing space with bathing homeless people.

Man, I'm sorry the game was cancelled.  I had on the boob tube and was patiently waiting for McClouth's debut as a Brave, but was let down by mother nature.  You gonna make the make-up game?

Yeah, I'll probably just drive over after work and watch it.  Spent $100+ on tickets, so I might as well get something out of it.
