Even folks on BOL were defending him when some posters started the personal attacks on him for the things he said. He's a freaking kid, he's going to say stupid stuff. He's going to do stupid stuff. Classy on his part to call CNS and personally apologize, and then make it a point to make it public.

Yeah, I can go with that. I didn't necessarily ever have a problem with him saying it. It was just going to be one of those things like when one of yall's players mentioned in an article that AU should beat Alabama by a good number of points in the 08 Iron Bowl, things like that. Its all part of the rivalry, just back it up by whipping some ass on the field.

I think that he realized that this may hurt him along the recruiting process or something, and decided to apologize and clear the air. Not that big of a deal to begin with, if you ask me. I wouldn't have wanted one of our recruits calling out Chizik or anything, but I don't think its anything to drag their names through the mud for either.

The roundtable this morning is trying to spin this as he's coming to Saban. Saban's so all-powerful that he gets top recruits to call HIS office.

I about barfed listening to this. The spin and stories B'ham radio manufactures is so ridiculous. A point to think about though...

If B'ham radio was SOOO big and recognized, why did Lache and his mother tell them NO yesterday on the roundtable because they didn't think, or know, that they were even a legit radio station? Yeah, they got him for today, but I can gaurantee that he's been prepped at this point.

Just a note... Seastrunk will NOT be on JOX today. He's in school and a little too busy for them... per JOX.

I have a feeling the Opening Drive guys might have screwed the Roundtable guys on this one with the way they were talking this morning. JOX douche nozzels are always biased, but if you heard any of the bullshit this morning, it was over the top even for them.

I liked it when the guy accused Jay of trying to use his position to hurt Auburn, and Jay just laughed it off. That fuckstick is so far off the reservation these days I have no respect for him any more. I know a lot of former players, and none of them are homers like he is.
