5* #1 CB (Rivals) Demarcus Milliner committed to Alabama. Not unexpected, but still.....

Just something to fuck with you folks on an otherwise slow day....

No meltdown on any board.  As you said, it was expected.  What may not be is supposedly a possible committ or two for Auburn in the very near future.

We shall see.  :vn:

I've seen on a few different boards that Richardson will supposedly commit to AU soon. Not all that unexpected either.

Maybe not, but it would be a good one, and also might not be the only one.

5-0? I am confused? Who are the other 3? You guys got 2 really good ones in the LB and now this guy...but to be fair, those 2 were going to probably go to Alabama if Shula was there...

Hang on there, barner Mathews said at one time Craig Sanders was a barn lean! So this "they were gonna go to Bama anyways" bullshit is getting old! Time to find a new spin on things.

And you are wrong about Bryan Matthews saying that Craig Sanders was an Auburn "lean".  Keep spinning, you'll eventually get it right.

Another thing is, the end game score, regardless of what it is now, will be 25-25.

Actually if the rumors are true won't it be more like 23-25 or possibly 22-25 for the next couple years?

Someone pm this guy and let him know how the score is being kept.  If both coaches have offered the same recruit than his commitment to one or the other school is recorded.  Hints the 5-0.  Auburn has more than zero recruits right now but none that Saban has offered.

Who is this Harvey Birdman anyway?  Never heard of 'em. :rimshot:

I don't have any way to know the exact numbers, but you get my drift.

Saban is getting early commits.  Auburn has a lot of top players saying we're at the top of their list.  The difference?  Auburn will have to win them over by putting a decent product on the field in the fall.  Not great, just decent.  They'll need to look like a team that is tough, prepared, well coached, and competitive.   If for some ungodly reason they're a total clusterfuck, these top recruits will be gone like a fart in the wind.

Another thing about recruiting...you can out recruit yourself.  Bammer had early playing time to sell.  These 5 star kids won't go somehere they're going to ride the pine for 2 or 3 years.  There will come a lull in bammer's recruiting in the next couple of years.  It may not last long, but it will come.  Auburn has the playing time to sell now, plus they have Auburn to sell.  Auburn can lay claim to many NFL players as well...but they have to put a decent product on the field to finish this recruiting job this year.
