I know someone who just got one back from being repaired by Microsoft so it has more warranty on it. I think he is selling four games with it as well. Gears of War I, Rainbow Six, Fall of Liberty, and Wheelman. One controller and headset, 20 gig hard drive. He has been asking $220 for it.
