Actually, reports are out that Cody has lost 20 pounds and now has a 40 time of 4.38. 

It's true, I read it on one of the blogs you frequent.

I'd heard that he ran a 4.5 40, only because the person on the other end was holding a plate of mashed potatoes w/ gravey.

How's that saban lawsuit coming?
