I find it almost implausible that the coach of our team cannot/will not get our guys shooting free throws when he himself was an 85% FT shooter.
The best players don't always make the best coaches. Problem is that they were/are good at it and can't fathom how someone else couldn't be. They expect you to be able to do the things they do with ease. Doesn't always work that way.
Best coaches are the guys who struggled along.
