I voted "yes" just for kicks.  But no, I don't think they should get the death penalty.  I've said this before - if Bama gets the death penalty, they'll make the Taliban look like a middle school dance. 

I can see the headlines now - "Inbred Suicide Bomber Blows Up Haley Center.  Students Rejoice"
