Auburn is playing good b-ball right now but their OOC schedule has killed them in the RPI and probably the committee's eyes. Before last week, it was widely believed that Auburn needed to win the SEC tourny to get in the dance, now I am seeing that Auburn may just need to make it to the Championship game to have a legit shot. We have improved our RPI to 64 and more than likely will have to play Florida on Friday of this week and then possibly UT the next day. If we can beat them, that will give us 4 wins of teams with an RPI in the top 50 and I would bet almost secure us a bid. That would probably put our RPI in the low 50's as well.
It would definitely be best to just continue the winning and win the SEC tourny out right. The banner would be a nice addition to the new stadium!

P.S. Can you tell I am pumped again about bball? I love watching bball but have just been depressed recently because Auburn has sucked! At least now I see hope and think we have a good shot of winning everytime we step on the court.
