Fucks sake, they can't even run the FDIC and all they do is insure the banks.
One solution according to this article is to raise fees on banks to build back up the reserve. This in turn will increase the fees banks charge us, which in effect is yet another new tax on every American that uses a bank.
So Much for just raising taxes on the top 5%
