I haven't seen anything about it. I'm guessing you're talking about the AU Rivals/Scout board? In which case one board probably got it from the other? I haven't seen anything on any Alabama boards. What is specifically being said?

Thsi is the first I've heard of anything going on. I highly doubt it's true, Julio doesn't smoke weed. He's domesticated, he smokes meth.

Julio Jones was going to be arrested by the TPD, because of a tip that they'd received that JJ and others were smoking weed in the ATH Dept. parking lot. But, when they got there, they realized that the information, that they'd received earlier, was wrong. JJ wasn't smoking anything, another person close to him was the one that was smoking. The kids nowadays call it "Smoking the Pole". The person's name wasn't released in the earlier statement, but as more information of the incident got around, the person has been identified as....runswithscissors.
