TETRA has an immediate opening in its new Chemical Manufacturing plant in El Dorado, Arkansas for an administrative support person to coordinate and schedule all office activity and functions as assigned by the General Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
Administrative Assistant to the General Manager
Payroll (timesheets)
Accounts payable
Production Planning
Environmental Reports
Various HR duties
Contact with customers, employees and the general public
ISO Administration
Safety coordination and record keeping
Record keeping for land royalties and leases
Coordination for training activities and record keeping
Keep plant calendar and organizational charts current
Schedule various meetings
Any other duties as directed by the General Manager
The successful candidate should have 5-10 years related experience, preferably in a plant or industrial environment. Strong abilities in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and business management systems such as SAP required.
