Oh dear lord.  Right before a thread was locked -- one in which the GW was called "Greasy Turd" in the title and Kaos was accused of being a homosexual bama fan -- this is the response posted by one of the so-called moderators.  It was directed at me and in response to my questions as to why calling people turds and fags was allowed:

Unfortunately, I have read most, if not all, of your posts on here. There has been plenty of "slandering" going around by both sides IMO. eagleair has attempted to get you to address the tone in your repeating message (no one is forcing any "official" view/content here), with some initial success. I take issue with your tone directed at me and ugahater in your post quoted above. I'm up late at night in the middle of a family vacation trying to take care of some moderating tasks for this site, so I am trying to reply with more than just a little restraint. I suggest any further communications that you desire to make to either moderators or administrators of this site be conducted through the private messaging system, and we will reply in the same private manner, rather than in this most public way.
