I've seen one saying that Spurrier would be named the coach. Though the odds are a billion time better that is WILL be WM, take it with a grain of salt.
Having fulfilled two years of a five-year contract, Nick Saban is leaving his coaching position with the Miami Dolphins. Unable to handle the difficult task of rebuilding the Dolphins, Saban is leaving Miami to coach at the University of Alabama. Saban departs with a record of 15 wins and 17 loses. The Dolphins are currently in last place in their division. While Saban repeatedly denied any interest in the Alabama position, it was disclosed that Saban’s agent was working out an eight-year, $32M agreement during the past week or so. Many loyal Dolphin fans are expressing anger with Saban’s actions calling them despicable and dishonest.
ESPN is reporting - but they are NOT confirming. Big difference. The news is not official, but the Moo Cow fans out here in Texas are FREAKING OUT. FREAKING. OUT. Sports Radio this morning was hysterical...
I don't think he is coming but just getting them freaking is worth it. I bet they weren't freaking out when they got him this time last year.
ESPN is reporting that Will Muschamp told Texas athletics spokesperson John Bianco that, "Muschamp has not and will not interview for the Auburn job."
Damn...I thought ESPN would have their shit together. They are no better than the local media...
They were just reporting what Fox 10 was reporting.... They haven't reported that they confirmed anything... Fox 10 of Mobile appears to be the real boob here.
