I'm not going to try to keep up right now, but about four guys have already decommitted.

This feels like a natural disaster. Al Qaeda just bombed the Statue of Liberty. I feel like we just fucked our wife's sister and got busted doing it.

Rumors floating are that we have a home run hire awaiting us soon. I'll be interested to see the announcement as soon as possible because I can't handle this.

AU really fucked up. i know there is more to the story than we will ever know, and i'm not a huge fan of the "coach in waiting" bullshit, but when you have a coach there for 10 years i don't think it would be a bad idea to have something like that. it wouldn't have killed AU to go at it another year and have a plan and have a "controlled" situation where they can tell everybody "hey, don't worry, we got this shit". with the coach in waiting deal, at least all the recruits will know in advance what they will get in case the head coach leaves or is fired, whatever. the result of not doing that is a complete implosion of the 09 class. i think what sucks the most is some coach 2-3 years from now is going to pay for this year's fuckup, and then he will be scrutinized. plus this is going to fuck you guys over with the talent on the roster already considering the NFL.

I think Eltoro is doing the smart thing, wait until a new Coach is hired, then make your decision. It sucks that we've already lost Montez (AU Fan), Terrance (Antonio's Nephew), Connor (He was going anyway, but CTT was one of the reasons why he stuck with us for this long), and 2010 Ath Braxton Chitty (Don't put too much into losing him...at this time). Whoever the new HC is, he better have a Masters in Damage Control.

I've got no problem moving Tubs up or out. He's had ten years and Auburn never really made the push. Always close, but never quite there. One great season and a shitload of frustrating ones. But is it too much to ask for these fuckers to have some semblance of a plan?
