Pitt is weird.  Their coaches are like Supreme Court justices.  Appointed for life.  I'd be surprised if there was a change.

I think they run that back one more year then "mutually agree" to seek other opportunities. Steelers just don't move fast on a coach, even when they should.

While I would normally agree with you, I think it would benefit Tomlin as much if not more for a change.  I think the guy is a fantastic coach, the just can't seem to get beyond the 11 win season.

Tomlin needs to hire an OC that he will let run the offense and quit being a stubborn mule...

Again, fantastic coach.  He also hasn't won a playoff game since 2017.

Yes, but I'm looking at it from Tomlin's side as well.  I think the guy deserves better than what the front office has produced.  He's not the only cog in the playoff win drought, I think he would do well with a fresh start.

I think hes also done a lot with very little compared to most of the top teams and how much they spend.
