We all have a pretty good idea of what the best Christmas movies are. What about the worst? Watching Red One, this thought occurred to me. I'm not talking about the bags of garbage you find scrolling through the various streaming services (like Santa Slay, etc.) I'm talking about the actual wide-release type movies.
Here are my bottom five:
1. Polar Express. It's creepy. The dead-eyed kids are horrifying. It's like Christmas zombies. I don't like it or the treacly songs at all.
2. Fred Claus. Horrible.
3. Love Actually. Actually vomit.
4. Four Christmases Surprise, surprise. Another Vince Vaughn turd.
5. Black Christmas (the 2019 perversion of the classic 1974 film) Woke, fem-power, racist trash.
Honorable Mention: Christmas with the Kranks (hate, hate, hate it), Carey's Grinch (loathe entirely), That Nutcracker one from a few years ago with Keira Knightley.
