The early National Signing Day is just a few weeks away, starting on December 4th and going through the 6th.
As it stands, Auburn has 28 commits. On3 has us 6th Nationally. Rivals has us at #3, and 247 at #5.
The hope is that there's very little news between now and 12/4, but we all know that won't be the case. NIL $$$ speaks too loudly, and with a super talented haul like we have, the vultures are circling. But apparently, so are we.
In the last few days, we lost 3* defensive back, Dante Core, a flip to Ole Miss. The loss was short-lived, as Freeze & Co. got their own flip from Southern Cal, 4* DB, Shamar Arnoux. 6'2" 175 from Carrolton, GA.
The fact that Core is our lone flip-flop at this point, tells me we have our NIL shipth together, because while I truly think that Auburn sells itself, the needle has moved way over to the cash side of things as the motivating factor.
