Honestly kind of pointless unless they can somehow get this scumbag to flip and provide details on kickbacks and grift to his crooked dad/family.

Well, shit.  Guess I won't be voting for Hunter.  Gotta stay consistent with my policy on convicted criminals.

You would have hated living in Louisiana and voting for governor in 1991.

Fun fact, my mom had a little side hustle cleaning condos/beach houses when I was a kid.  Edwin was a client.  He had a sweet little spot in Miramar Beach.

It was the first time I voted, and I voted for him.  The bumper stickers were gold, Jerry.  "Vote for the Lizard, not the Wizard."  "Vote for the Crook, it's important."

I believe it was the esteemed Louisiana politician Huey Long that said, paraphrased, the only way he wouldn’t get elected was that if they found him in bed with a dead girl or a live boy.

Not really a surprise. The evidence was there and instructions from the judge were not muddled. So truthfully, the significance to this is that he’s the president’s crackhead son that used his daddy to get rich while daddy provided favors to foreign entities.

Nothing to see here. Move along.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Per radio personality Ben Ferguson paraphrased:

FARA violations will be levied against Hunter Biden at a breakneck pace in order for him to escape prison time through a pardon.

This is the crooked DOJ covering up for the entire Biden crime family and its dealings with Russia and China.

2000+ days since this was discovered along with laptop evidence.

17 days after Joe Biden performed the most unselfish act in the history of unselfish acts for love of country.

Biden insist's that no one is above the law while at the same time accuses Trump of being a criminal and a threat to democracy.

The Alford plea, who knew?
Maybe some of you attorney types can enlighten us as to why this judge kneecapped the prosecution and is  allowing this criminal to get special treatment aside from his lineage.

Not a done deal yet.  My understanding is, it's pretty much the defense announcing their intentions, but the prosecution hasn't really offered anything at this point.

My guess is with what the defense was planning as a strategy, which was Hunter was too F'd up to have intentionally defrauded the IRS, somebody in the gubment "suggested" they plea and avoid a bunch of messy headlines right before the election.  If the Dems win, he'll be pardoned anyway.

Hurry up and get him sentenced. Delay his incarceration date until daddy can give a pardon on his way out of the door. Smart move actually. What can be done about a pardon? Nothing.

True.  Wasn't thinking about the fact that he'll still be in office.

On another note, just saw where the sentencing phase for Trump got moved until after the election.

Hunter gets a pardon because he is above the law.

Seriously, why bother convening for a trial?
Turn him loose.
