Nah, not at all. They played a few years ago, and I was War Eagle Tigers all the way.  I've finally grown out of my Duke man love.  When Corch K totally gave in to the one-and-done model, it wasn't worth the time anymore. Why get invested in this group of players, when it's just gonna' be a brand new starting 5 next season?

I was watching some of the NBA playoffs the other night, and they were talking about a guy, saying the "The former Duke star...."

Never heard of him.

It’s funny how almost everyone knows that one guy—at least one but I know three—who buy the Duke gear and that’s their basketball team. They’ve followed them since H.S. Since they were the ball boy for the basketball team and kept the books for the coach.

They all dreamed of washing jocks for Coach K but they couldn’t pass the janitorial entrance exam for Duke.

You know the kind of guy that I am talking about?

And I don’t understand why these nerds are this way. Most nerds are smart but these Duke wannabe nerds are special in that they are unicorns. They accomplish being not only nerds but being dumbasses, too.

They are nice enough guys, I guess. If you like nerds.

The only reason I bring this up is because I knew that you guys would know a guy like this.
