Yeah, I forgot about the neoprene part since it was out in the courtroom. Im no court sleuth but it was said in the doc that could have been avoided behind closed doors. Dardens ego got the better of him there when Cochran drew a line in the sand.

To your other point - Thats pretty much what the juror interviewed in the 30 for 30 said....not quite verbatim but close.

Clark never had a chance. I don't think that means she was a bad prosecutor but Darden doing what Wes said above sunk any remote chance she had. BUT...she could have been a home run hitter and it wouldn't have won it.
