At one point late in the game, Grand Canyon had 36 free throws to Bama's 11.   I'm not saying Bama didn't foul, it was a sloppy defensive game the entire time and both teams were very physical.  But as physical as both teams were playing, there should have never been a 25 free throw difference in the game.

Alabama didn't need any excuses to play one of their better games last night.
Kudo's to them for rising to the competition and having a really good shot at making the Final Four.

Three unexpected visitors showed up last night along with the odds on favorite to set up one side of the Elite Eight.
Climpsom, the Turds, Illanoy and blueblood UConn proved themselves worthy to play yet again as four more hopefull's go down in the tourney.

UConn is basically patting it's foot in the waiting room like an expecting father as this exercise plays out.


I don't know what to make of Duke- Houston but the two early games are gonna be really fun to watch and the late game might be even better if you like long range bombing.

All shot at least 50% from 3 point range while playing within a comparable measure in other categories. UConn methodically does everything better than most teams. You can be playing well only to find yourself suddenly getting farther behind unless you are stroking it like there's no tomorrow.

UCONN is by far the favorite, all Alabama did was bust my bracket as I had UNC winning it all.  Houston was always going to lose.  I think UCONN and Tennessee are the best two teams left. Purdue is a solid 3rd in my opinion.
