Former SNL cast member and comedian, Rob Schneider, had a great take on California considering paying a shit load of money to teh blacks as reparations.

"It's payment to people who were never slaves, paid by people who never owned slaves, in a State where slavery never existed.  That's like paying child support for a child you never had, to a woman you never fucked."
