Why did we choose to not use the in-helmet radios?

Why did we choose to not use the in-helmet radios?
« on: December 30, 2023, 02:40:22 PM »
Why we chose not to use something that I could only see would help? Especially when the other team is choosing to use them and could only be seen as an advanage because they stay on the whole time. I am reading that none of the SEC teams are using them during the bowls and while CHF is on record he likes the idea, he mentioned it was an "above me" discussion, but I have not seen anything that it was a mandate from the SEC office to not use them.

I do want to add that I don't think that is why we are getting destroyed at the time I am posting this. We are getting beat for many reasons right now. I just don't understand not utilizing something that give an obvious advantage to the other team to start the game.

From what I heard, there just wasn’t enough time. We had guys out for multiple practices due to the flu. CHF said he was out recruiting and did not think they had time to properly learn to use it.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."

I don’t think AU coaches had anything to say.  Radios would have been a waste.

Maybe if we'd have gone with burner phones instead of helmet radios.
