Thanksgiving wishes…early version

I have been tasked with making preparations this year. It has been a laundry list of getting prepped for company type tasks.

We are doing ham, turkey and Boston butt. Will start cooking a few days out as I am doing the butt outside.

Some folks don’t have any family or friends that they are getting together with and I am thankful that we expect around 30 people on Thanksgiving. And I want to mention to any of you guys that are relatively close to where I live and don’t have any friend or family functions, I could certainly use some extra folding chairs.

I’d be glad to come pick them up and will return within a few days.

Godfather used to go behind me and fix posts so that the link had a picture and make adjustments to my posting as a means of quality control. Whoever the long list of “mods” that are still around aren’t worth a fuck. Queers without a cause, you could say. All that Wes and GH used to do is report shit on me and now they don’t even do that. They just said fuck it and now this place is like a zoo.

I used to do the butt outside, but the neighbors started complaining.  They didn't mind me injecting the butt outdoors.
 They had an issue with how much I was rubbing the butt while I was injecting it.

I prefer my butts to be dark in color, and super juicy. I’ve been known to tear into those kind of butts on a regular basis. The best part, the whole neighborhood smells what I am doing to those butts.

I love to rub my meat down with a little olive oil before I do a butt. Really whether it’s outside or inside, eventually I’ll be coming inside. But sometimes it gets too hot inside and I come outside.

I also enjoy grilling.
