It imploded in all likelihood.  These folks are smashed to a molecular level at this point.

Just announced the debris field is from the Titan.  Families notified they gone.

I would think that has to be the case.  No other reason to lose contact.

Per reports, the Navy now thinks they heard (via sonor) the implosion on Sunday and this whole time was confirming what all of their experts were fairly certain of already. If it happened the way they say, the people on board may have known for a few seconds something was up (warning systems lights and such) but it was over in milliseconds.

I heard one expert says that the time it takes you to blink was longer than the time they had when the hull ruptured.
