I don't like country music, but this song has some redeeming qualities.  I can identify with some of the sentiment.

And Sweet Home Alabama was a song about the band coming back home to the state and all the goings on.  Didn't stop the mullets from ruining it with their ro ti ro shit, did it?

Last cruise we were on, a band on the ship was playing Sweet Home.  There was a butt load of Auburn family and friends there and of course, we "War Damn Eagle'd" every time that chorus came around.  Err'body thought Auburn owned that bitch.

Last one I made was the 2010 Iron Bowl.  I understand they have also ruined Dixieland Delight too since then.
