My guess is no.  It's a disputed claim of one simple grade change 3 years ago for an obscure player.  I would think the NCAA has a bit more on its' plate, cough cough Tennessee, than to worry about cough hack LSU, than something like this.  Plus, it's just something alleged in a lawsuit as opposed to a report to the NCAA.

Yeah I just thought of Kansas basketball with a side portion of Les Miles. 
LSU appears to be ground zero for far more wrongdoing than any two programs combined.
