Been reading about the guy who they're saying would be the back up QB if the season started right now. Apparently, my old, forgetful ass....well, forgot about this guy. Grant Loy is a transfer from Bowling Green. 6'5" 230. He played in 12 games last year for BG, starting 7 of them. Certainly not crazy impressive stats by any stretch of the imagination, but then Bowling Green was 3-9 last year.
He entered the Continuum Transfunctioner when Chad Morris was still at Arky and Morris started recruiting him, hence the connection to the Planez. This gives me the warm and fuzzies just to have someone behind Nix who has a good bit of real game experience. I hated being one quirky injury away from Cord Sandberg at the helm.
