Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

He's a little late making speeches like this and with this demeanor but we'll see how far that gets him; I've noticed that some of the polls are closing again to well within the margin of error.

I still have hope...but the reality is it's a Democrat socialist political year.

Too damn late.  Sadly, The Magic Person of Color is sweeping toward unstoppable victory.  God help us all.

McCain was asked about this speech on FoxNews Sunday and he told Chris Wallace that this type of speech was not appropriate for the campaign trail or for campaign speeches.  I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Why in the hell did we nominate this guy!?  I knew this nomination was going to be a problem!  (Damn cross-over voters in Iowa and New Hampshire!)

This really wasn't a speech. It was more entertainment than anything. The "one" gave a similar speech. They were there to honor a humanitarian and to have fun. But it was really nice to see the sarcastic side of McCain. He, in jest, said many things we all had already said to our friends and ourselves.
