So which is Orgeron more likely to be?  

A one-hit ChizCokMilesian wonder who lucked into a world of talent and the right assistant coaching mix to wean the most out of it?  

Or is he a dynasty builder?  

I watched the game last night and listened to Fuckstreit and Blower huff and puff on Turtle Swinney's weenus talking about how much fun he was having charging up and down the sidelines and leaping around spasmodically.  He didn't look like he was having much fun at the end.  

I wondered whether that asshat was a dynasty builder, too.  I really don't think he is.  He's recruited well.  I figure he learned from the best (cheating ass Bahr) and it's only a matter of time before that gets dragged into the light.  But the ACC is shit.  It's complete garbage.  Swap AU for Clemson?  We're in the playoffs every season and Dumbo is taking a couple of ass beatings a year.  

It's easy to build a team for a playoff run when every game of the regular season is essentially a glorified practice.  I saw the babbling heads talking about how Clemson was battle-tested and using their game against Texas A&M as some sort of measuring stick.  A&M isn't good.  I honestly felt then that if that was the comparison, LSU would wear them down and out.  

I'll admit I felt differently early when they were making Burrow look like Trottersly, but as the game went on it became pretty obvious that dining on cupcakes makes teams weak.  They just didn't have the nuts to stay with an SEC team.   Bama's cupcake schedule bit them in the ass last season in the same way.

I'm surprised Dabbie hasn't already been "exposed" by the REC, because he has stepped on their toes a lot over the last 3-4 seasons.  He is a motivator who can $ell hi$ program to recruit$ well.

You know as well as I do why they haven't gone after Dimbulb.  He's the heir apparent.  They fully expect him to follow Saban.  They can't ruin him.  

I don't want to watch LSU win a national title while we sit around with our fingers poked up our asses in Auburn. 

But it was worth it last night knowing every single Bama fan in existence lost to Orgeron again.  They were, to a man, sucking the Dibbo dingus.

This is where I'm at.  LSU will recruit big time with or without Yaw Yaw.  From the outside looking in, it appears that Yaw and Dabs have similar styles in that they seem to be good motivators and fun to play for. 

LSU is gravy territory because of the dynamic in Louisiana BUT.....LSU CAN be screwed up. Curly Hallman. Gerry Dinardo. Kudos to O. I think he fits there perfectly. Thats what makes it work.

Agree.  I think he will have a pretty good run at LSU. 


If it was anyone other than Dabo I think they would have Clemson on probation already.   Not cool to go after one of your own.  Especially when you are convinced that he is going to take the job once the great and mighty Saban retires.

Yeppers.  Finding someone that accurate who sees the field like Burrow will be just about impossible.  However, another top 5 recruiting class this year should put them on par talent-wise with just about anyone.  Yaw just needs to step out of the way and let his coaches do they thing.

I think he will be pretty damn good.  My reasoning?  O was smart enough to see that his shit wasn't working.  He was smart enough to go out and hire Brady to coach and groom Burrow.  I think he learned enough at Ole Miss and USC to do exactly what he did this season.  Hire good coaches and let them coach.  Now replacing Burrow will be almost impossible.  He is that lighting in a bottle so to speak, but if he keeps recruiting at  high level, he should be kicking ass year in and year out. 


Than again, he very well  may go the way of the Chiz.
