No in Wes's defense (his political side satire remark aside) since this forum is open and anyone who isn't scared can join.  We established two rules no nudity (which has kind of morphed into links are ok as long as marked with NSFW) and no racism.  We are all assholes on here that everyone can see, but we don't need to be racist assholes.  Think of it as us saving you from yourself. 

This was long before race has reached the heights it is at now.  Which if I put my political remark in became a much bigger and blown out issue under NObama.  However, Wes4au was right to remove the comment, it was a gray area, but skirted the rules and I agree with him removing it. 

It isn't a PC thing we very hardly moderate any boards. In fact, some of you are here because you have been kicked from every other Auburn board.  It is a rule of 2, it was fixed, nothing really more to say about it.

In summation, since Auburn is in the south and there seems to be a weird stigmata of the south being racist rednecks, we didn't want to perpetuate the stereotype.

If what you are talking about was my statement, it wasn't racist, it was derogatory. If deleting derogatory comments is going to be the rule then this board will have a lot of blanks.
