Dear Gus: 
I hear Tallahassee is great during the fall.  I really think garnet and gold are complement your complexion very well.  

Some things to consider: 
1) Their current coach is such an abject failure that any semblance of competence (should you be able to muster some) would be considered a major improvement
2) There is only one decent team in the entire league -- Clemson. 
3) Clemson will be falling apart soon because their coach will be leaving for Bama when Saban retires or dies.  
4) There are at least six Waffle Houses near Tallahassee

So please give the opening there your earnest consideration.

I like the one just west of Tallahassee when I go that way.  Easy to get in and out of, and doesn't get crowded like the ones in the metro area.  The one at the Bonifay exit on the way to Tallahassee is a favorite as well.

Short version (just names mentioned) and my thoughts

Mark Stoops, Kentucky: Realistic option who won at Kentucky but probably won't get people excited.

Mike Leach, Washington State: Not sure FSU can handle his "way" of doing things but would be entertaining. 

P.J. Fleck, Minnesota : IMO, best option available. 

Mike Norvell, Memphis: Second best option available. 

Dave Clawson, Wake Forest: May be too old for this gig, not sure that fish bowl is right fit. 

Luke Fickell, Cincinnati: Better suited in midwest where he has recruiting ties.

It's going to be interesting to see what happens with the FSU Head Corching job.  As with any big job opening, there's always a lot of speculation; however, I tend to think they already have their man based on the mid-season firing.  If they waited a few weeks, they'd most likely be competing with a bunch of others on the coaching carousel.  If they do have their guy locked up, they'd better go ahead and get him in with the early signing period just around the corner.
