I am now on all the unofficial bandwagons for non-"traditional powers" and non-BCS conference teams. 

I am hoping that all the traditional powers falter and the BCS games are forced to be:

Oklahoma State-Vandy

Texas Tech-North Carolina

South Florida-Cal

Utah-Michigan State

and, in the national championship game...

Ball State-Tulsa

I wish Army had a decent team.

I have also always kind of pulled for Vandy and Georgia Tech, except for when they play us of course, but the way this year has went has now convinced me to pick a "second favorite" SEC team and that is going to be the 'Dores. I guess I will also start watching some more Yellow Jacket football also. Maybe there could be a Vandy-GA Tech BCS championship game.

Not when the Ramblin' Wreck is squeaking by Gardner-Webb by the score of 10-7.

Yeah, I saw that score this morning, but hey, at least they won. I don't know if we could have did that. Like Vandy, they are sitting on 5-1. but also like Vandy, the rest of their schedule is not exactly a cake walk.

AU gets beat and the Red Sox drop game 2 yesterday. Today, both the Skins and Fins lose on last plays of the game. As far as sports goes, this weekend totally sucked for me.

If it was not for the awesome prime rib dinner and riverboat cruise Friday night and then working in the beer sampler and an Iron Horse Stout  to go along with a pretty good pork loin at Big River Grille yesterday, this weekend would have stunk all the way around.
