Every single one of Mueller’s existing indictments resides in a “presidential pardon proof” prosecutorial district. Just like how Mueller handed off the Cohen case to the U.S. Attorneys’ office for the SDNY. As Mueller's investigation ends, it's clear that he plans to handle all indictments/prosecutions resulting from his investigation through these seven federal prosecutorial entities.
