Freddie Kitchens is a huge, huge stretch. If that guy can be a NFL head coach? So, too, could I. Or you. Or even Prowler.
Second subject.
I heard some of Stephen A's stereotypical rant about how there weren't enough black coaches, black owners, black general managers. He used the same tired logic that because 80% of the players are black, 80% of the coaches, owners and GMs should also be black.
Here's the thing, though. Those are all businesses. They're designed to make money. At this point in time, if the organization felt a black (green, blue, purple, orange or gray) guy would make the product more successful, that's who they'd hire. And by the same token, the 80% thing doesn't work in any business. If 80% of my employees only have a high school education should I not hire anyone with a college degree?
