Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Love to have him back to catch 50...if we could find somebody to make the throws.

But to the thread we got outstanding service from both Davis', Cox and Russell; okay from Atkinson and the Williams boys.

We have a few horrible examples of dbs that made it in the NFL and Dean is a far superior corner to any of them the day he graduated high school so there's that.
I already miss Stidham but then I haven't seen our reserves actually running our offense when it counts for something. Our mop up is more or less trying not to score so how could I know?

You serious, Clark?
Yeah the NFL is 92 9/16th's offense.

Cover defenders are at a premium, even those that are considered marginal.

I think Dean can play a number of years. Gonna be a dandy defender once he turns around to find the ball.

Other than mahommes, every juggernaut offense in the league this year has been shut down by a killer d at least once.

You know my unbelievable evaluating abilities (Jeremy Johnson for Heisman), but I think Slayton would have a decent shot at it.  Good size and blazing speed and gives any team a deep threat.  Hard to tell about an Auburn receiver because...well....he's an Auburn receiver.
