Also if the BoT is making anyone that Gus hires only have a 1 year contract we are going to have a hard time finding anyone willing to hitch their wagon to Gus, I still say it will be Kodi Burns...or that HS coach like Buzz mentioned earlier.

Hire a CEO of football. Let Gus be the head offensive coach and answer to him. Let Steele be the head defensive coach. The CEO doesnâ€™t call plays. Doesnâ€™t need to run practice. Just does the baby kissing political stuff
