I definitely want Nix here and every 4* and 5* kid we can get. I've wanted Gus gone for years but eventually, he will exit stage left and I don't want to have to rebuild at that point. Keep paying for great talent, no matter what Gus does or doesn't do with it.

Auburn's offensive coordinator search will take another turn later today.

The question is whether that turn is inside the Tigers' own athletics complex after former Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze, the top target in Gus Malzahn's search, accepted the head coaching position at Liberty late Thursday night, two sources told Auburn Undercover. It's becoming increasingly possible the Tigers promote from within to replace offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey, according to one source, though it appears the focus could first turn to South Carolina running backs coach Bobby Bentley.

Yep. A high school coach that got a break in the sec because the team that hired him wanted a player related/coached by him.
