It was reported nearly 2 months ago. Why wasn’t it investigated then?  Why didn’t the proper authorities look into the case before it was made public? Why didn’t the proper authorities investigate the claim when it was made? Why wasn’t the crime reported to an agency with the ability to investigate instead of a senator who has ZERO authority to investigate a crime? Why did it take over a month to comeback forward with the claim?

Yes. I believe Kavanaugh is innocent until evidence proves he is guilty. The testimony of someone with claims of 30+ year old crimes who wrote a letter to a democratic senator rather than going to an agency who has authority to investigate such a crime is suspect. Kavanaugh has the right to a fair investigation and the democratic senators who sat on this claim for 2 months for their own political reason should be stripped from their seats and charged with obstructing governmental operations. 

This has absolutely nothing to do with a sex assault from 30 years ago which is why we are about to see the argument shift from rapist to “Lyin about his alcohol problems”.
