Wait. I should have said BLACK man. Because apparently that is all that matters. Sure she went to the wrong apartment. It was a stupid mistake. But she opens to door, which was cracked, and it is so dark she cannot tell that it is not her apartment, but according to the left, she could tell it was a black man so she shot him?

She should get what she deserves, But this is not a racial injustice case. If she gets off, what's the over/under on rioting?

It was her mistake. She did the crime. She needs to do the time. But unless they aren’t telling the public something, I’m not sure why it’s becoming racial.

I think it’s sad how the family and their lawyer are exploiting the guys death as a racial hate crime. 

That aside. This is a horrible tragedy. Flip the tables for a min and imagine you or a family member was the victim here. Someone comes in your house. In the dark. And start barking orders to you. Then shoots. Just horrible.

1. If she's a law enforcement officer (she is), she has a flashlight.  Why didn't she use it.  IMO, shooting was not justified.
2. WOTS is that she knew him and may have been in some type of relationship with him. Don't know that to be true or not.

I saw where one of the agencies said to hold off on the prosecution, that they may have more info. 
It should be interesting if that is true.

I think she’s in deep shit regardless but how does a tox prove intent to kill anymore than now? Raging or something?

She pulled a weapon, pointed it at him and then fired it at him.  If she isn’t intoxicated and simply went to the wrong apartment then maybe manslaughter fits....she was confused.  But if she went to the wrong apartment because she was intoxicated, entered the apartment illegally and shot a man to death, there is no way she skates on manslaughter.
