This afternoon, I'm gonna' load up on C4 Pre-Workout Super Carb-Loading Mix 30 minutes before I start my WOD.
I'll get it started with 25 squat thrust hanging wall jumps. Then, immediately go to full burpee 50 yard tire flips. Next, I jump over to 10 weighted, reverse rope climbs. A quick set of 15 inverted wall push ups in pike position. I finish it off with 5 blindfolded medicine ball shuttle runs.
Bro, 3 rounds of those and my quads will be on fire. A fire that only a frosty cold protein shake can quench.
