The Waffle House incident
« on: May 03, 2018, 08:18:31 AM »
I'm sure I'll be criticized for this, but I completely support the police and Waffle House management based on what I know of what happened in Saraland.

To me the basic concept is simple.  Do what you're asked and you won't end up on the floor with your skimpy top popping off and your hands in cuffs.

I get that the woman was upset but even her own video clearly indicates that she was belligerent, loud and defiant. Whatever issue she may have had with Waffle House, the method to resolve that issue does not include arm-waving, head-bobbing, making threats, refusing to leave when asked, leaving and then coming back in to hurl profanity-laced abuse at the staff.

This happened the same day of and/or after a shooting at a Waffle House in Nashville which almost certainly put the staff there -- as well as the police -- on edge.

Even if she were in the right, her refusal to comply with the directions of the staff first and the police second are what led to the incident.

Al Sharpton is a moron and needs to stay out of it.  Same goes for al.com antagonist Roy Johnson.

While Wes is serving his suspension and Chizad was banned, there isn’t anyone to counter this racist language.

If this young lady had been white, would you have used head bobbing in the description?

I don’t think so. I gather that you’re promoting the idea that black women bob their head in an argument.

Maybe you didn’t intend this to be racial but it sure seemed that way.

Another thing that is noteworthy, imo.

The lady was “requesting” to speak with a manager. Complaining about a .50 charge for plastic silverware.

Is Waffle House making blacks use plastic forks?

And charging for it?

This sounds like Kaos is the Waffle House ceo.

I hope Judge Irwin has no simpathy or mercy on that individual.  I know most of the Saraland police department and they do a damn good job. She needs alcohol treatment and anger management help. She'll probably finish the courses and have the charges dropped. If she doesn't finish,  then she goes to jail and will have a record.

I hope that skeleton of a man, Rev Sharpton, keeps his trap shut.

I've already made my feelings known concerning the police, so I stand with them.
