I had forgotten about the play where Kodi broke two or three tackles, scrambled to the sideline and launched a missile for the first down.
While the play was developing, I just wanted Kodi to throw the ball away once he scrambled free. He found the open man and kept the drive alive.
That is why this kid should be starting and playing >85% of the snaps. The kid is a baller.
I disagree. I just don't think that Franklin or Tubs would keep a guy out of the game that was the best...just fucking because. Something else is going on. You guys have seen Burns play no more than 100 or so snaps...while Tuberville has seen him play for a year and a half and Franklin has had him for over 9 months. You are telling me that both of those guys just say "awww man, fuck it. Let's play Todd just because. No reason but just because we like him better." Bullshit!
And don't hand me the Todd is Franklin's boy bullshit either. Franklin's ass and credibility are on the line with this shitty ass offense we have. I don't think he is going to play the "less shitty" guy for no reason what so ever...
Burns may add a spark. He did it last year in the MSU game and Clemson game. When asked to start games...he doesn't perform as well.
Blame Franklin for the shitty offense, but I totally disagree with you guys on who should be playing and who shouldn't be playing. Tubs and Co. are going to put who the believe is best people out there to play that gives Auburn the best chance to win football games. Period.
