Might precipitate his retiring from the NCAA...which would (hopefully) hasten Saban's departure from Tuscaloosa.

A couple of things.  If this gets legs, Emmert is GONE!.  You are not surviving anything remotely related to something the magnitude of Nassar.  His actions were #MeTooI'mOnSteroidsBarryBonds level.  Drain the fucking swamp.

Second, if Emmert is not there to protect Saban, this shit will implode quickly.  And if somebody writes a tell-all about how this dynasty was really created and fueled, it will make the Logan Young, "Staring down the barrel" event look like Little Jimmy stealing a Nestlé's Crunch Bar from the 7-11.

As much as I'd love to indulge in this fantasy, 2010 Nick Saban has fuck-all to do with anything going on at Michigan State.

Emmert met with Kathy Redmond, the founder of the National Coalition Against Violent Athletes in Indianapolis concerning the 37 sexual assaults in two years at MSU.
 

As you read the article you will find that only now does the NCAA open an investigation.

I think Dantonio and Izzo are soon gone and Mark Emmert will likely be sacrificed by the NCAA's board of governors if this article is true, especially given the magnitude of the abuses on his watch.
