The fact still remains that the investigation is ongoing! I can't help you if you don't wanna read and if you ignore the fact that trump made the market go down. SMH...if you can't see it.

FWIW -

The mainstream media's dodge in regard to the texts?  "Oh, they were just joking..."

They've now been declared 'officially debunked.'

I've never seen anything like this.

Glad that's over.  Now, everyone can move on to more important issues of national security like who knew, when did they know, how many of their pets were in the room when they talked about a TRUMP staffer slapping his wife around.

That's one of the numerous places where you are wrong.  Trump might be a bit of an egotist, but you and your ilk have consistently underestimated his intelligence and his shrewdness.

Trump is light years ahead of you and miles in front of Bumbling Biden.  Trump would run circles around that coot.
Watch out everyone, the "stable genius" is tweeting...

Republicans want to fix DACA far more than the Democrats do. The Dems had all three branches of government back in 2008-2011, and they decided not to do anything about DACA. They only want to use it as a campaign issue. Vote Republican!

Dems had 2 of the 3 branches of government 2008-2011.
DACA began in 2012.

DACA began in 2012.

From Jan 2009 - Jan 2011, Dems had all 3 branches. And it wasn't even close. Dems had 2 of 3 from Jan 11 - Jan 14.

Daca itself was an executive action in 2012 for issues with and to address earlier legislation in 2001 by durbin/hatch called the dream act.

I'm pretty sure what he's saying is that politicians should had done their jobs and addressed Dreamer issues (from 2003-2011) instead of Obama taking a bad unilateral executive action (daca) - and perhaps we wouldn't be in this crap we're in now.

Dreamer acts have been around since W.

Daca is simply a deferment for dreamers.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. Wrong. Conservatives held the majority in the Supreme Court 5-4. Keep trying.

Although traditionally the "3 main branches" are what you are saying, in THIS CONTEXT I assumed trump (and you) meant both Houses of Representatives (congress and senate) and the White House - you can see where that would make more sense.

The Supreme Court wouldn't have much involvement in making or blocking a piece of legislation on the fly. I'm almost certain that's what he was referring to.

Did he misspeak? Probably. I can't prove that's what he meant.

But that's what I was speaking to above.

If we're talking about congress and the senate and the White House - what I posted is 100% correct. You know good and well what we're referring to here. But keep digging at semantics.

See above.

But since you mentioned the Sotus - Kennedy is a swing vote. It's been 4-4-1 at best.

Even then - it's been 4-4 for a while with no one having any idea what Kennedy will do. Hardly a 5-4 conservative slam dunk.

Ginsburg needs to be removed.  So does that he/she.  But Ginsburg beyond question.  She's impugned the alleged partiality of the court with her recent political yammering.

Plus she's 104 and probably completely senile.
