In this case there is apparently photographic and/or audio/video evidence.  That's different than the Moore allegations. 

But I say the same thing.  Until and unless this can be verified, the accusation(s) alone should not be sufficient to defame the guy.  I hate him, but he has the right to be considered innocent until proven otherwise.

This is just unequivocally, factually wrong. Four of the first 5 accusers were under 18. That is a fact. So the one 18 year old, and only her "half memories" weren't "phony" in your estimation. Just the underage ones. Got it.
